optomistic - 10 Aug 2005 13:31 - 6516 of 24230

Have a word with Socs about that Jeff..........he's a trifle specialist :-)

stockbunny - 10 Aug 2005 14:29 - 6517 of 24230

Don't know how I'd do a guinness trifle Jeffie - Socs is possibly
your best bet! :>)

Socrates - 10 Aug 2005 16:32 - 6518 of 24230

Shock, horror. Guinness Trifle! Well I suppose somebody might like it. Never seen a recipe for one so I suppose if you try Jeffers, you could be breaking new ground. You could become famous if you crack it.

By the way, good evening all.

stockbunny - 10 Aug 2005 16:37 - 6519 of 24230

Evening Socs - good day today?

Socrates - 10 Aug 2005 16:56 - 6520 of 24230

Moderate thanks Bunny, warm and close though. I'll be much happier when it freshens up a bit.

Got a few bits of blue in my portfolio too, plus 50 on a premium bond.

Big Al - 10 Aug 2005 20:53 - 6521 of 24230

Spaceman - 11 Aug 2005 07:17 - 6524 of 24230

Morning all, nice day in Sevenoaks, off up town in a few mins for the last time this week.

Have a good day.

Spaceman - 11 Aug 2005 09:45 - 6525 of 24230

Not much going on in here today.

I sitting in my office looking at the london eye going round and wishing I was not at work ! Mind you I always wish I wasnt at work..

I think I will just go and relax with a cup of tea and a swing in the hammock, thats unless chocky and Al are still there.

stockbunny - 11 Aug 2005 10:42 - 6526 of 24230

I wouldn't look too much at the London Eye whilst swinging in the hammock
Spacie, the combination may make you feel sick!

Tea's on if anyone's interested.

stockbunny - 11 Aug 2005 16:43 - 6527 of 24230

Message for Socs when he arrives:
Well done on the premium bonds this month! It all adds up! :>)
Mind you I've never got a cheque bigger then 50, wonder if anyone else
on here is the same!
Ok I'm outta here, have a good evening all

Just got a warning about travelling in Malasia from our travel department, this is a bit of it

"Staff, who are suffering from asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, lung disease, cardiovascular problems, and allergies may be particularly affected"

Doesnt make our staff sound very healthy does it ;-)

I've had the odd hundred pound winner but nothing higher than that.

Spaceman
Anyone who is suffering from all those illnesses would not be well enough to go to anywhere, let alone work.

jeffmack - 11 Aug 2005 17:56 - 6530 of 24230

Have I go at this, I couldnt do it

1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction!!!

I told you so... And there is nothing you can do about it.

SEADOG - 11 Aug 2005 18:08 - 6531 of 24230

stockbunny,
I had 5k last year. SD

Socrates - 11 Aug 2005 22:32 - 6532 of 24230

That's another week nearly over. Doesn't time fly when you're having fun.

Hi Seadog, I think we have a packet of old seadog biscuits somewhere, do you fancy some?

Jeffmack
I couldn't possibly do your odd movements, I don't believe in exercise whilst at my desk.

I'm off to the hammock now, long day tomorrow.

chocolat - 11 Aug 2005 22:39 - 6533 of 24230

Every day is long, Socks. Just as well really.
Have you got a new bike?
