You would have thought that "in your advanced years" you would have been able to engage in a discussion without the need for name calling. Just how long ago was it that you were in the playground?

It's not the severity of the name, it's the fact you feel the need to use one at all that is sad.

could have been much more waspish .... lol! ..... confess did not feel i was being "personally abusive", but clearly you did .... or was it just non-pc?

I tell you what, why don't we forget it. I'll invest in what I want to invest in and if I need any advice I'll be sure to ask you for it.

i don't ask you to ask for my advice ... it's offered free and gratis to all those who wish to note it or reject it ...... happy "pure" picking!

Good question TANKER
The next thought after Kurdistan possibly is that maybe Sterling are doing something you want them to do, i.e. raise their profile in the USA, I note that the webcast time reference is EST and it is in New York.
Then of course they have Thunderstud drilling, that no one can establish who the operator is but supposedly targeting 1TCF of gas if I have the figures right from my memory.
Well one thing is for sure, they don't want to mention too much about Chinguetti, as we know that is hovering around 22kbopd, net to Sterling around 12% or take.
Sterling has a Market cap of 247 million, and the current sp is 15.5pence.
Lets see why from their finals.

Some are options some are not.
Some also were taken as a result of placings, particularly the January one and the May 2005 one.
Calloway bought at 28 pence with his own money, Butler bought with her own money to go into trust for grandchildren if memory serves.
TANKER I have said this before but you bought and hold a share you are unhappy with.
I know you bought recently, so why complain about the management.
If anything you should look to your own management of your money and decide if you need financial help.
I do not mean to offend, but you are a mystery as to why you have these at all.
Not logical Captain.

Tanker .... my view of this and several other crappy E&P companies already well on record, but if you concur, why not just admit you made an error and cut your losses and invest elsewhere, preferably in "quality"

Next week it could have tested 14.5pence.
And this board is always balanced, even if the bulls don't like it!
Chinguetti downgrades have all been discussed thoroughly here, as has the possibility of Mauritania not being the next great oil province.
Whittier was discussed as a lifeline for cash assets although more paper was used, so, I saw no reason to buy for ltbh at any point during the last 6 months and that too was thoroughly discussed here!
Everything else is a prospect and may not come to pass, equally it may, who knows?
You bought these using your own flawed judgment.
