They did also buy before that but the records are not available easily

seawallwalker - 25 Apr 2007 07:00 - 6833 of 7811

lookeslike we may see a test of 14.5p.

TANKER - 25 Apr 2007 11:18 - 6834 of 7811

they were not bought with there own money opptions,

seawallwalker - 25 Apr 2007 15:00 - 6835 of 7811

Some are options some are not.

Some also were taken as a result of placings, particularly the January one and the May 2005 one.

Calloway bought at 28 pence with his own money, Butler bought with her own money to go into trust for grandchildren if memory serves.

TANKER I have said this before but you bought and hold a share you are unhappy with.

I know you bought recently, so why complain about the management.

If anything you should look to your own management of your money and decide if you need financial help.

I do not mean to offend, but you are a mystery as to why you have these at all.

Not logical Captain.

queen1 - 25 Apr 2007 18:32 - 6836 of 7811

Not logical at all SWW, well put.

TANKER - 26 Apr 2007 09:57 - 6837 of 7811

i bought thinking that it should go up on what this board was saying , but having now looked at how it is being run not happy very poor ceo. is he alive never here any thing from him.

cynic - 26 Apr 2007 10:01 - 6838 of 7811

Tanker .... my view of this and several other crappy E&P companies already well on record, but if you concur, why not just admit you made an error and cut your losses and invest elsewhere, preferably in "quality"

TANKER - 26 Apr 2007 10:10 - 6839 of 7811

cynic you are correct, dontlike losing money .

cynic - 26 Apr 2007 10:15 - 6840 of 7811

no one does, but that is just hard cheese ..... to mix the metaphor, just bite the bullet and follow your head not emotion

TANKER - 26 Apr 2007 10:19 - 6841 of 7811

i will sell next week,

seawallwalker - 26 Apr 2007 10:30 - 6842 of 7811

Next week it could have tested 14.5pence.

And this board is always balanced, even if the bulls don't like it!

Chinguetti downgrades have all been discussed thoroughly here, as has the possibility of Mauritania not being the next great oil province.

Whittier was discussed as a lifeline for cash assets although more paper was used, so, I saw no reason to buy for ltbh at any point during the last 6 months and that too was thoroughly discussed here!

Everything else is a prospect and may not come to pass, equally it may, who knows?

You bought these using your own flawed judgment.

seawallwalker - 27 Apr 2007 07:01 - 6843 of 7811

Missed the web cast!!!

I am sure it will be available later although the web site appears to be undergoing maintenance at the moment

cynic - 27 Apr 2007 07:03 - 6844 of 7811

Tanker .... what is the thrill of next week that you wish to wait until thne to sell?

seawallwalker - 27 Apr 2007 07:16 - 6845 of 7811

"1.3 Chinguetti Oil Field, PSC Area B, Offshore Mauritania (ROC: 3.25%)

Gross oil production averaged approximately 18,300 BOPD (ROC WI: 596 BOPD) down
22% on the previous Quarter. The Chinguetti-18 development well was brought on
stream during the Quarter."

ROC 1st Quarter Activities

No doubt the 22% drop can be attributed to the work over and Chinguetti 18.

So, onwards and upwards from here?

TANKER - 27 Apr 2007 11:28 - 6846 of 7811

what a load of shit running this,

cynic - 27 Apr 2007 11:34 - 6847 of 7811

stop griping and sell then!

TANKER - 27 Apr 2007 14:22 - 6848 of 7811

is it going bust,

seawallwalker - 27 Apr 2007 16:23 - 6849 of 7811

No.

What are you a school kid on sick leave?

tiltoman - 30 Apr 2007 16:44 - 6850 of 7811

hiya.
i am new to this board and can't really be arsed trawling back through months to try to get to speed. over the last few years, i know, i/c has touted this share very often, claiming it has more diverse interests than other oils, and cash. the price though apart from that heady period seems to languish. as i recall i/c seemed v. confident around 18 so does anybody know the facts?
cheers.
