cynic, you banked at 253p and the price went up to 300p to sell.

Its still way over 253p - so its not a good move as yet....... its been a bad move as waiting 24 hours would have got you over 40p a share more.

i did indeed, and also twice as many at 281, though still remain significantly o'weight in the stock

Some panic selling today it seems, but makes an ideal top up point for buyers :)

Slight operational problem, nothing serious but pushes the flow test back a few days.

Expect it to start around Friday if not before is what the rumours say.

with MMs controlling all, it's virtually impossible to determine the strength of the selling pressure ..... i'll certainly consider buying more if sp does indeed fall back to that 240/245 band, but shall be equally happy (or even happier) if there is a strong rebound before then

Well, results of the flow test will be around 1st of Dec now, all being well. Not very long to wait is it.......

unfortunately delays always generate uncertainty.

As Buffett says, when there is blood on the streets and everyone is selling, that is the time to be buying.

I did today as well :) This time next week the price will be up near 300p again awaiting results..... easy money.

239,244,254....for me in reverse.....if this is a success....those prices will look fab.....so far the pay zones and drilling have been great all the way through the campaign.....chances out of 10 for flowing....I 'd like to think about 7.5.....views welcome....

it's not that there will or will not be a flow; it's the quantum that is awaited + (i think) further statement about how much is reckoned to be recoverable

We need from what I understand 2000 to 3000 barrels.....anything like that and 100p plus....to the sp...3000 and I reckon perhaps 400p for the sp.....so great expectations for this stock....so far nothing but good news.....so close now to an incredible, wonderful result for Xcite Energy, directors and shareholders.....come on guys give us something to cheer !.

Those that are not in would be well advised to buy now.....
