Morning all, very hot in Hastings we are taking our visitors down to the beach in Pett for a few hours.

I know Hastings well but didnt know Pett so just looked it up.

I see the cafe`s open how do you get the staff spacie in the summer,

Oh well holiday season is officially over now and its back to the axe,tea please!

Staff, what staff? Storm brewing here in Gloucs, stiff breeze blown up so expecting flash, bang wallop any time.

I think a whopping great jug of cool Sangria would be very nice right now.

Muggy here in Sevenoaks as well and back to work in London tomorrow after a week off. There is nothing I like more that commuting up to town when everyone has finished their holidays and when its still hot and crowded. Commuting from Sevenoaks has the added avantage that in the peak hours I dont normally get a seat so I get to stand for 30 minutes.

Hi DD, just spent the last few days down Pembrokshire, lovely weather and a nice piece of the country.

Spot on there opto some great cliff walks.

Did one Dave Tenby to Saundersfoot and to Amroth, the Tenby end bl**dy severe walking!! still suffering.
