After a lengthy legal dispute Eleco has sold its German subsidery to a US-company for about 1m - this ends the dispute and gives Eleco a wad of cash. Some reaction in sp but this has to be good news, although it hardy restores Market confidence. The legal dispute came to abt. 1m, so I'm unsure of the overall value created.

This never was a business I liked, although it provides designed roof trusses. Seems the industry is supporting tiles with ever-smaller trusses. Not like those of yesteryear where there was a significant factor of safety....all IMHO.
