EMIS Group plc - to gain from cost-cutting during the next Tory term? (EMIS)

Greyhound - 28 Oct 2015 14:59

Chart.aspx?Provider=EODIntra&Code=EMIS&S

EMIS Group Plc is a healthcare information technology company. The company computerises the medical records of patients and allows primary, secondary and community healthcare practitioners to view and contribute to a patient's medical record.

Looks set to gain from a stable Conservative government in the coming years intent on cost cutting. The repeat nature of business looks reliable with EMIS also capitalises on the digitalisation of many government records, eg DVLC.

Last set of financials:

Revenue +17%
Op profit (adj) + 16%
EPS adj + 18%
Int divi + 15%

Despite this month's fall, Edison have a note out to buy on the weakness, seeing it as an opportunity.
