Settled but only some rooms are finished (still got 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the lounge to do) - had a bit of a mare tonight - one of my guests smashed a ceramic floor tile that had been laid but not grouted :-( - hammer and chisel for me tomorrow

That'll teach me to ply guests with such good alcohol lol
