A small telco with a cheap share price could it be another Atlantic Telecom in the next 2/3 years..?

That's a stinker of an RNS from Pinnacle today. The offer of 21p per share that COMS made last September is now looking extremely generous - share price now 9.5p on offer, down 18.6%.
