I have been to the top of the world, well maybe that is a bit of an exageration, I went on the little railway that goes to the top of Snowdon. Real steam, and real smoke too, not ecologically sound that one. Good fun though, and what a view, with my little telescope I could see Choccy swinging in the hammock.

Brilliant, we get lots of them at the airport where I graft for a living. Running around with their cameras and binoculars, writing in their little notebooks. I suppose it keeps them out of trouble.

Just dashed out for the Morrisons Grand Prix, had to fill up the 'fridge and larder after the hols. No room in the boot for a Welsh L**b even though there were lots of them about. Saw some bunnies in the castle grounds too.

Washing on, cases unpacked and post read and shredded. Isn't life a basket case?

Once again it is Saturday, that day when the only way to start is with a full English breakfast. Being a bit peckish, I will have double everything except the black pudding, I don't like black pudding.

Sunday, what to do? Might pop out to Stratford (upon Avon), her indoors wants to visit Lakeland Plastics.

Morning Socco. Went fishing yesterday, didnt catch much but a lovely sunny day to be outdoors

I used to do sea fishing when I was a mere strip of a lad. Down to Margate Pier, all weathers, catch nothing, go home frozen but satisfied after communing with nature.

Still miss it, can't do it now. No Margate Pier any more and too far from sea. Used to like Deal Pier too, tide would run at about 6 knots so needed about a pound of lead to reach the bottom. Used to catch whiting, mackerel and other oddment.

Don't mind cooking whiting and mackerel but not sure how to cook an
oddment but you know I'll give it a go!

Morning campers, working from home today, my project recieved a major bombshell this morning when we were told it would not work ! I might get out of this crap job after all....
