optomistic - 04 Oct 2005 23:49 - 7398 of 24230

Change of mind Jeff, maintaining ones standards I presume? It was before the watershed :-))

Socrates - 05 Oct 2005 16:47 - 7399 of 24230

Socrates - 05 Oct 2005 19:59 - 7400 of 24230

optomistic - 05 Oct 2005 20:12 - 7401 of 24230

Socs, less noise....... please! ..............you're going to wake someone up.

jeffmack - 05 Oct 2005 20:25 - 7402 of 24230

Evening Socco, hows your day been. We managed to get a hotel in Cheltenham for next years festival, says its 10 minutes racecourse and 10 minutes town centre. Its on Pittville Circus Road.

Socrates - 05 Oct 2005 20:37 - 7403 of 24230

Opto, wake someone up? It's been so quiet in here that a brass band wouldn't wake someone up.

Hi Jeff, that's pretty good, easy walking distance. As for my day, average. I'm in severe danger of DVT from sitting in front of my monitor for so long. Only exercise I get is going to get cups of tea. That's why I like to take my exercise in the hammock.

chocolat - 05 Oct 2005 20:40 - 7404 of 24230

Now there's an idea.

JStratford - 05 Oct 2005 21:09 - 7405 of 24230

Oi... who woke me up with that damn brass band

chocolat - 05 Oct 2005 21:38 - 7406 of 24230

Tell me about it - there's a bit of a crowd in the hammock tonight.

Socrates - 05 Oct 2005 21:41 - 7407 of 24230

What fun, there's more folk in here tonight than for weeks. Choccy, don't worry about the hammock, it's plenty big and strong enough to hold us. It's a bit of a squeeze getting the dining table, chairs and hostess trolley in though, more tea vicar?

chocolat - 05 Oct 2005 21:49 - 7408 of 24230

Just a bit worried where that slide's going next :S

Spaceman - 05 Oct 2005 21:57 - 7409 of 24230

Evening all, just popped in to switch off the lights and I find there is a bit of a party going on in the hammock. Wish I could stay but I have to be up at 0430 for an early flight to sunny (I hope) Manchester.

While in Manchester I will be visiting the lovely Wythenshawe area and I hope to include a look round the high security car park and the delightful Wyhenshawe shopping centre, if time allows I may also visit the bus station. Should be a lot of fun.....

chocolat - 05 Oct 2005 22:01 - 7410 of 24230

Blimey Spacie - tomorrow would be the day I'll be nowhere near Wythenshawe.

JStratford - 05 Oct 2005 22:04 - 7411 of 24230

Little tip...

Don't stop at any red lights if you don't want a hole in your shirt

Spaceman - 05 Oct 2005 22:04 - 7412 of 24230

Chocky, lucky you ;-) as you can probably guess when not sightseeing I will be spending most of my time at a certain oil companies office in that area, i hope to escape on the 1615 to Gatwick! then its a weeks holiday in Greece for me, I cant wait.....

chocolat - 05 Oct 2005 22:08 - 7413 of 24230

I'll join you in considering myself lucky when Friday comes, Spacie :)
Hope you have a super smashing holiday!

Socrates - 05 Oct 2005 23:45 - 7414 of 24230

I have to go to Bedfordshire, up the wooden hill. Goodnight all.

Socrates - 06 Oct 2005 16:37 - 7415 of 24230

I think that the way this is going, I shall soon be the only client the cafe has. Where is everybody, too busy chasing the footsie down I suppose?

Well never mind, I'll make some tea and toast some buns, perhaps the aroma of toasting teacakes will attract someone!

Bugz - 06 Oct 2005 16:38 - 7416 of 24230

I've just been informed that beer is sold here, so you have a new customer!
