chocolat - 05 Oct 2005 22:08 - 7413 of 24230

I'll join you in considering myself lucky when Friday comes, Spacie :)
Hope you have a super smashing holiday!

Socrates - 05 Oct 2005 23:45 - 7414 of 24230

I have to go to Bedfordshire, up the wooden hill. Goodnight all.

Socrates - 06 Oct 2005 16:37 - 7415 of 24230

I think that the way this is going, I shall soon be the only client the cafe has. Where is everybody, too busy chasing the footsie down I suppose?

Well never mind, I'll make some tea and toast some buns, perhaps the aroma of toasting teacakes will attract someone!

Bugz - 06 Oct 2005 16:38 - 7416 of 24230

I've just been informed that beer is sold here, so you have a new customer!

stockbunny - 06 Oct 2005 16:39 - 7417 of 24230

Hello Socs stayed about for longer just to say Hello to you :>)
Trifle made in the fridge so enjoy, don't worry they will all be back at some point
bit like homing pigeons LOL
Have a good evening :>)

Bugz - eh gad man - weren't the pint glasses a slight give away!
;>)
Sees you too tomorrow

Bugz - 06 Oct 2005 16:41 - 7418 of 24230

I'm fully confused bunny. What pint glasses?!!

stockbunny - 06 Oct 2005 16:43 - 7419 of 24230

Oh you'll do OK in here then, we've all got degrees in confusability
;>)
Those pint glasses - hang on I'll take out the flowers...there you go
;>)

Bugz - 06 Oct 2005 16:45 - 7420 of 24230

Ah THOSE pint glasses. Sorry, needed my contacts.

Good to see they're the traditional straight ones. Hate those with silly curvy bits near the top.

stockbunny - 06 Oct 2005 16:46 - 7421 of 24230

Nah you wont find anything in here with silly curvy bits near the top
;>)
Ok I must go....byyeeee

jeffmack - 06 Oct 2005 16:55 - 7422 of 24230

Bugz, your guinness is on the bar (we only serve Guinness)

Socrates - 06 Oct 2005 17:01 - 7423 of 24230

Hi all, suddenly it's crowded in here. Lovely.

optomistic - 06 Oct 2005 18:15 - 7424 of 24230

I like curvy bits near the top :-)

Socrates - 06 Oct 2005 18:27 - 7425 of 24230

Opto, saucy!

optomistic - 06 Oct 2005 18:33 - 7426 of 24230

Spaceman - 06 Oct 2005 19:23 - 7427 of 24230

evening all, just back from Manchester, didn't get much time to look round Wythenshawe but it certainly looks a lovely place, does anyone who knows the area know what those burnt out cars on the side of the road are for? are they placed there by the local autorities as modern art?

Socrates - 06 Oct 2005 20:02 - 7428 of 24230

Not an art form that I have heard of Spacie, perhaps they are some form of entertainment like the old soap box carts I used to make.

Big Al - 06 Oct 2005 20:48 - 7429 of 24230

Anyone got a hot hammock? ;-)))

stockbunny - 07 Oct 2005 10:54 - 7430 of 24230

Morning troops!
What's Big Al doing hanging like a bat upsides down over the radiator?
;>)

hilary - 07 Oct 2005 10:58 - 7431 of 24230

You'll need a hot body for a hot hammock, Big Al.
