........."And so to our traditional "wild card". Pipex Communications, formerly known as GX Networks, is a telecoms company created by one of the entrepreneurs behind Ukbetting, Peter Dubens. It has been assembled from six smaller players. The ambitious company is generating cash for the first time but is still not widely followed in the City. It could be an undiscovered gem".

not over course of a week. Over course of a year, blakester.i never expected it to drift so much and for so long.
Must admit, i dont have good vibes about it now but its too late for me to sell as i bought just under 7p so may as well hold for long term. I bought fo long term anyway but had this for more than a year and price is almost the same from when i bought.

I understand your disappointmentThis is my third time in and am invested at similar levels to yourself.
There are a number of shares which continue to make no sense and this is one of them.Just because they change their accounting practices to a more prudent system is not a reason why there share price will take a further year to make headway!
BT comment today about there growth in Broadband.........If PXC are "the business" thay should be making positive comments to!

Come on stay calm guys. Did i not get it right last week.
Just stick in there the problem is theres to many bloody shares.
Lets all get onto investor relations and say we think for everyone held we should have a share price divider by 10, similar to the planestation move, but please upwards in the long term. So we would be looking at what 70p plus. but less shares held. I am sure this would help in the MEDIUM TERM.
cheers GF.

why is it every time i look at PXC they look cheap....and then i get my fingers burnt. They are now at 7.3 ,which i thought was a steal when i bought them, but they are back there again now and not looking like they will maintain it based on their recent performance

Its so unexciting i have exited for the moment. But find it frustrating as i rally think its a great com[pany , but if the city dont i agree who ami to argue . Ill put my 50p with ASC,SEY,YOO or PET for the moment -just a little bit more exciting , but I am watching
