Good start today on the market - coffee on, tea made and fresh
munchables ready for anyone who's peckish - usual stuff danish, croissants
kippers and the frying pan is available for anyone who wants non-artery food.

What nice break is that I am supposed to be having? I've been on a 3 day software course, not what I call a break, I need a break to get over it. In particular, the 38 mile drive on the 70mph traffic jam called the London Orbital Car Park! Still the traffic did keep moving but scary or what?

Now, must have a snack, soup and a roll, I've got the soup, who's game for a roll?
