No waste, night.

Socrates - 03 Nov 2005 19:01 - 7757 of 24230

Socco is Back!

Get a grip you lot, I come back and find the Bistro on the second page. What is going on here?

Opto
What nice break is that I am supposed to be having? I've been on a 3 day software course, not what I call a break, I need a break to get over it. In particular, the 38 mile drive on the 70mph traffic jam called the London Orbital Car Park! Still the traffic did keep moving but scary or what?

Now, must have a snack, soup and a roll, I've got the soup, who's game for a roll?

chocolat - 03 Nov 2005 21:22 - 7758 of 24230

Hang on, just drying myself off - been in the soup all day :S

jeffmack - 03 Nov 2005 21:58 - 7759 of 24230

Good evening from a warm and sunny Washington. No no matter how far you go from home you can not avoid old big ears.

Socrates - 03 Nov 2005 22:11 - 7760 of 24230

Hello Choccy, sorry so late reponding but I've been catching up on 3 days e-mails. What flavour?

Jeffers, Washington is not that far away, Tyne & Wear isn't it?

chocolat - 03 Nov 2005 22:11 - 7761 of 24230

My what big ears you have grannie jeffie ;)

chocolat - 03 Nov 2005 22:16 - 7762 of 24230

Acid probably Socks - flavoured with oregano and black pepper the first time.

Socrates - 03 Nov 2005 23:11 - 7763 of 24230

Stunned.

chocolat - 03 Nov 2005 23:37 - 7764 of 24230

Ok - it was leak :S

Socrates - 04 Nov 2005 16:49 - 7765 of 24230

Socco's here again. Leak soup! I once had a tin that leaked soup.

Choccy, page two again, where is everyone these days? Do you know I missed a killing on OOM, had selected them as my next buy and allocated the dosh but was unable to get online to do the buy. Then what do I hear on the car radio, take-over offer, that's what. B****r.

optomistic - 04 Nov 2005 16:51 - 7766 of 24230

Hello Socs, I'll send you some leeks, I've got a great row of them!

Socrates - 04 Nov 2005 17:04 - 7767 of 24230

Opto
Thanks, I'll put a bucket under the letter box.

optomistic - 04 Nov 2005 17:12 - 7768 of 24230

Socs, these won't go through a letter box.

chocolat - 04 Nov 2005 17:18 - 7769 of 24230

Evening guys.
Sounds a bummer alright Socks.
But hey it's Friday night - and you know what that means.

Don't forget your bucket.

Socrates - 04 Nov 2005 17:27 - 7770 of 24230

Opto
Slice'em up, then they will.

Choccy
See you in the hammock.

chocolat - 04 Nov 2005 20:01 - 7771 of 24230

What a refreshing change Socks

jeffmack - 04 Nov 2005 20:24 - 7772 of 24230

Good evening from your Washington correspondent. Just winding down after a busy week, flying to Miami tomorrow where the forcast is good with temps in the mid 80's.

Socrates - 04 Nov 2005 22:10 - 7773 of 24230

Choccy
Yes, it is refreshing when I change my socks! The weather is getting a bit colder now so I will connect up the hammock to the electrickery supply, it has heated blankets built in. No need to keep your overcoat, dungarees, track-suit, shell suit, fur wrap, sweater and thermals on any more.

Jeffmack
Miami sounds dodgy, are they right out of hurricanes yet?

chocolat - 04 Nov 2005 22:23 - 7774 of 24230

You think of everything, Socks.

Socrates - 04 Nov 2005 23:20 - 7775 of 24230

Choccy
I think of lots of things, I'm sure some of the things I think about would be better unthunk! But it does give me a lot of pleasure. I'm off now, I have to be up early, have really cosy night.
