Rebuilding Iraq - who will be in there? (COST)

I believe Costain has some ownership in Kuwait. Is this a play considering 1: the reconstruction that will be needed in the area and, 2: Costain is now making more profit?

have been in dubai until very recently, so unaware of that fact.Just goes to show though, that you cant keep the old "jobs for the boys" scenario from playing out.
