Actually Billyonemate, you need to check your facts. The trading statement came out on the 12th November, which was Wednesday ----- and a Wednesday usually follows on from a Tuesday. The sp actually hit 135p on the Wednesday, not the Tuesday. So if you get my drift the sp hit 135p - the day after I said I would probably cash in some profit.

I wont bother to hold my breath and wait for an apology, but I suggest before you start accusing posters of lying through their teeth that you at least try to get some basic facts correct.

AND...... Lest we forget gf you shorted it at 115p and it carried on up till results day. So exactly how many pips did you achieve? Then across the road posting as Mike740 you went long for some reason and were blamed by another poster for contributing to the fall and he called you an idiot! Selective memory syndrome eh?

So we have established like I AND Cynic stated yes the 12th of November was a wednesday. So lets check the days prices out on that day and we will use BIG CHARTS the WORLDS most respected Charting/TA site.

So heres the FLYB INTERACTIVE CHART FOR THAT DAY , JUST CLICK ON THE CHART FOR THE DATE IN QUESTION WED 12TH OF NOVEMBER. On left of chart click on DISPLAY, then PRICE DISPLAY, then OHLC to get the prices.

RESULT...............HIGH 118-45p LOW 101.00p OPEN 116.00p CLOSE 111.50p

However his antics to date on both here and ADVFN with his multi user names and constant deramping of stocks. Constant vendetta against db and CR across the road has rapidly changed my mind. With the respect that I have for this board and posters I will follow db's example above.

As we have had to intervene previously between yourself and other posters, and you have stated that this matter is in the hands of your legal representatives, we would ask that you instruct them to contact us on this occasion so we can in turn take advice on the matter should we need to.

There is a squelch button you should use in the meantime. We notice you say you have squelched users but somehow you still seem able to see their post. Are you unsquelching them to read their posts or is there a problem?

No Ian no problem with the squelch button but from posts here from other posters it was obviously clear DB had made comments against me, comments I will add that he cant prove in fact he as lied to the thread and the board as I have proved without doubt.

And the matter with my legal representative as nothing to do with doodlebug or money am but yet he brings up a case of a third party which as no reasons what so ever to be on the FLYB thread and this board.

Mike posted the terms and conditions of posting on this board about 3 months ago, and Doodlebug as clearly broken them, are you going to honour them?.

Strange that I thought you said on Mam that your legal representatives were involved in an "ongoing case ". It's hardly an ongoing case is it? Don't try to edit that post as I've copied it mikey.
