Marchpole is one of those stocks which have had a really bad time. Boardroom battles, losses, price collapse, profit warnings up the ying yang.
Now all of those things seem to be sorted out, new management are getting to grips, new contracts and the price is on the up. So much so that Monday ought to see a 50/200 day MA golden cross.
DYOR of course, but I think I will be putting a few of these away at the open.

Interest around Marchpole Holdings, the designer menswear distributor, has been extremely buoyant in recent days, pushing its shares to an all-time high yesterday.
The excitement surrounding the company that distributes clothes made by top designers such as Yves Saint Laurent, Ozwald Boateng and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, has been driven by retail investors.
House broker Shore Capital is forecasting full year pre-tax profit of 3.4m, based on earnings growth of 19 per cent.

Just got in from the dentist, in blue territory when I left. Just managed to get some more at 25.38p having missed opportunity of bagging some under 25p :-(
Now fully stocked at an average price of 22.5p, it now has my permission to head North to 30p.

That's when market makers want stock and they try and shake out weak holders by dropping the price in quick succession. It doesn't always work, but in this case the MMs got it right.
