Goldfinger,

As we have had to intervene previously between yourself and other posters, and you have stated that this matter is in the hands of your legal representatives, we would ask that you instruct them to contact us on this occasion so we can in turn take advice on the matter should we need to.

There is a squelch button you should use in the meantime. We notice you say you have squelched users but somehow you still seem able to see their post. Are you unsquelching them to read their posts or is there a problem?

Regards

Ian

Didn't someone once say (allegedly) 'will no-one rid me of this troublesome priest?' I wonder what happened in the end? ;o)

goldfinger - 29 Jan 2015 12:04 - 822 of 832

No Ian no problem with the squelch button but from posts here from other posters it was obviously clear DB had made comments against me, comments I will add that he cant prove in fact he as lied to the thread and the board as I have proved without doubt.

And the matter with my legal representative as nothing to do with doodlebug or money am but yet he brings up a case of a third party which as no reasons what so ever to be on the FLYB thread and this board.

Mike posted the terms and conditions of posting on this board about 3 months ago, and Doodlebug as clearly broken them, are you going to honour them?.

Goldfinger,

I discussed this with Mike prior to my previous post.

Yes?.

goldfinger - 29 Jan 2015 12:39 - 825 of 832

Ian, so your not prepared to remove this part of the offending post 816 here on the FLYB board..... despite it having nothing what so ever to do with this board or anyone on this board. Im not meaning the whole post just what is down below. ????????

"If you wish to carry on your smear campaign against me you can do that on ADVFN - and please do, as it will give Richard Crow’s lawyers even more ammunition to use as evidence against you."

goldfinger - 29 Jan 2015 20:31 - 826 of 832

Posted on the CR Cockney Rebel thread this afternoon(advfn), looks like Doodlebug is dead set on causing trouble not only on adfvn but also on money am. A follow up to the comments he made on the FLYB thread here today after I had exposed his trading lies and deception.

Strange that I thought you said on Mam that your legal representatives were involved in an "ongoing case ". It's hardly an ongoing case is it? Don't try to edit that post as I've copied it mikey.

Are you trying to say, he is mentally ill?

I was just reading different posting, so i had to make some comment
Good lord what moneyam posters had to put up with this days

HARRYCAT - 29 Jan 2015 23:41 - 830 of 832

I am not qualified to offer a professional opinion. As a poster on these threads I am merely asking a question. This is the Flybe thread. Why do I have to read all of the above rubbish when researching Flybe?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 30 Jan 2015 09:17 - 831 of 832

Goldfinger/Doodlebug4,

Due to your continued abuse of this forum we have removed your ability to post here. You can still read threads and your access to the rest of the site will remain the same as before.

We will not enter into any further correspondence on this matter and consider this decision final.
