Evening all, well it is here in KL, just bumped into a couple of friends and we are off to the local (irish) pub to watch Liverpool and have a few beers.

Socrates - 10 Dec 2005 13:53 - 8368 of 24230

Spacie
What are you Like, fly halfway round the world to visit an Irish Pub! Talk about exotic, not.

Spaceman - 10 Dec 2005 15:16 - 8369 of 24230

Just managed to stagger back from the, pub boring game but ended 2-0. I think I had to much to drink!

Socs, trouble is I dont really like exotic, I prefer to stay at home with a takeaway and some music ;-) I used to like it but too many hours in airports and jetlag have taken their toll. I guess it s called getting old ...........

This_is_me - 10 Dec 2005 16:08 - 8370 of 24230

Is socks practising the 'There were 10 German bombers' song for the world cup?

Socrates - 10 Dec 2005 17:19 - 8371 of 24230

No, Socs is not, singing is not my area of expertise. Come to that, neither is football.

chocolat - 10 Dec 2005 17:57 - 8372 of 24230

Is it hammock time then Socks?

optomistic - 10 Dec 2005 18:06 - 8373 of 24230

Big Al - 10 Dec 2005 18:28 - 8374 of 24230

Evening. Just up.

Socs - in answer to my late posting times, when offshore I do 6pm - 6am, so was only 2/3rds of the way through my working day. ;-))

Socrates - 10 Dec 2005 18:39 - 8375 of 24230

I haven't got a forte, well not a pianoforte.

Big Al
My days of doing a graveyard shift are long gone, I am happy to say.

Big Al - 11 Dec 2005 05:02 - 8382 of 24230

Yup, don't see much sunlight this time of year, Socs. ;-((

Spaceman - 11 Dec 2005 06:25 - 8383 of 24230

Whats your excuse for being up so early on a Sunday then Al?

Socrates - 11 Dec 2005 08:57 - 8384 of 24230

Spaceman
Big Al is most likely still on the graveyard shift so it's a normal nights work for him.

Just been on the phone to my nephew, he lives on 3.5 miles from the Buncefield Depot that went bang earlier. Quite a bang by all accounts. Watch the oil company and airline shares monday, be interesting to see what the effects are.

Hopefully casualties will be light.

Spaceman - 11 Dec 2005 10:15 - 8385 of 24230

Socs, just heard about Buncefield, I know it well and I know several people who work there, i hope they are OK.
