Tell me scot, how large a short position do you hold and do you intend to take any profits yet?
That said, I certainly do not expect much upward movment from VOG for the next couple of months as I doubt that they will have any news to report.

oh joy!- always potential for acquisitions /jv.
it seems vog not the only one struggling in the energy sector. considering oil at around $75 pb- they will be in vogue soon imo.

still a bummer though isn't it !
I'm holding for the long term,,, I got in at 2 before the spike to 2.60p and then again at 1.70... looks as though it's going much lower before any rebound.. oh for some good news for a change !

For what it's worth (noty much really), there looks to be some sort of support around this level and again at 50 (as Scot mooted) ....... However, the share in intrinsically pretty volatile, so chart support/resistance are probably pretty irrelevant ..... It will be news and sentiment that governs sp, and there is no news due for a month or two.

First support level is here, right now at 80p and it's bounced off 82p today, so perhaps the present fall is now complete. The RSI looks well overcooked and there is negative divergance apparent on the MACD histogram. If its gonna move up from anywhere it's here, if not then 50p next stop.
(Yet another over hyped and ramped oil)

if you bought you didn't short, so "short" and "before" create an oxymoron at best.

I am stopping for the long term now. I topped up when they dropped to 1.01 I thought they would stop dropping around that price. This was a week ago. I am disappointed now that they have dropped even furthur to this level. I have also noticed that there are 20 percent more people buying than selling today, so that must me a good point. I must say that I am not at the present time tempted to increase my holdings, as i think that I now have enough. I think that if they do drop to fifty pence per share, then I will be tempted to buy some more. I must say that hopefully at the end of the day vog will make a full recovery, as I feel now that this drop in price is well overdone. I look forward to reading all your comments on this matter. Good look.
