Morning Opto, up to anything exciting today? I was going out to a giant flea market, no I don't want any giant fleas, but woke up too late. Not worth going now so I shall loll aound in the hammock for most of the day.

I did get a tenner on the lottery, not a life changing event, but will have a go at next Friday's Eurolottery. It stood at 60,000,000+ this week and was not won. Now that would be a life changing event.

Nothing on today Socco, up late myself. I will have a walk to the Co-op for some milk, that will do the exercise for the day :-) No luck on gambles this month, don't do the lottery and the P/Bonds have been mean for some while now. Good luck with the Eurolottery.

Morning all, hot day here in Sydney, we are off tomorrow for the coastal drive down to Melbourne, we are doing it slowly to arrive in Portsea on Friday. Should be fun.

I wont be able to keep an eye on the coffee house for a few days so please make sure we dont run out of fish fingers and also that the hammock area is kept clean.

Thanks.

Socrates - 09 Jan 2006 17:05 - 8909 of 24230

Hello. Socco is here once more. Must have a look at my portfolio and see what has been happening. Back later.

little willie - 09 Jan 2006 19:35 - 8910 of 24230

Evening all; first visit since 16th Dec celebrations re Sweet Revenge & mamy many thanks for all your good wishes. You're a great bunch & I wish you well in '06.

Very hot lately here [2 days in the 40's last week] but settled in mid 30's at the mo.
There's been a lot of huge mountain fires all around us although we're perfectly safe it's been spectacular to watch and of course the eco-system takes a bashing.

As I no longer have a portfolio of shares thanks to my ex-wife I seldom visit but will keep an eye from time to time plus any more wins by the 'orse.

She's entered in a 1600 mtrs race at Port Elizabeth on 21st Jan [I think?] but we may be ballotted out as we were on 6th inst. However I'll let you know as & when and what the draw is.
I'd like her to have had a run again already but there you go.
Cheers all,
lw

Fundamentalist - 09 Jan 2006 19:47 - 8911 of 24230

Hi LW

has she picked up a penalty for the win?

stockbunny - 10 Jan 2006 11:45 - 8912 of 24230

Morning - good to see LW back to say Hello - have a great 2006 :>)
Tea and a biccie I think - could be a rosy (red) day folks.....
