Decent set of maiden numbers out today. I calculate EPS at approx. 6.5p, so full year we are looking at a PE of around 10. Maiden divi also declared in line with prospectus forecast. Nothing here to scare the horses. All seems to be proceeding as planned. Not overpriced, decent progressive divi and some good growth prospects as well.
Today's announcement is in line with flotation forecasts so the price hasn't reacted to the news. This is undervalued. An end of year PE of just 13 would add another 40p to the share price. Plenty to go for here.

Ouch! That's a bit of a sell-off. This is now down in bargain territory. No reason that I can see other than the small caps getting a drubbing by the market. Can I find funds for a few more?

Still moving ahead and making new highs today. Target is 165p by next results.

Simmon T of IC tip today - So having considered the investment case, and weighed up the downside risks, I feel that a share price nearer to 165p, or 12 times 2015 earnings estimates, is a fairer valuation for the equity.

Simon Thomson has reviewed the results today and still rates these as a 'BUY'. Target price now 150p down from 165 reflecting oil industry exposure, but says that this is still a growth stock.

A few big trades going through today and the share price responds immediately. Nice to see on a bad day in the market. I suspect an overhang has been cleared.

Still showing good strength in this weak market. Trading now between 125 and 135. The 135 level will prove a tough nut to crack, but I reckon it will sail through on the next positive update.

Flowtech has announced the further strengthening of its product offering in the growing sector of hydraulics through the acquisition of Nelson Hydraulics Limited and its parent company Nelson Fluid Power Limited (‘NFP’). There was also news of a smaller acquisition.

The acquisitions result in revenue estimates increasing by 7.4% to £46.2m and 16.2% to £52.9m for financial years ending December 2015 and 2016 respectively, with earnings per share lifted to 12.9p for 2015 and 15p for 2016. At the current share price (135p) this puts the shares on a multiple of only 10.5x for FY15 and 9x for 2016 with the dividend yield 3.9%, covered more than 2x.

FLO has been one of the lower profile new arrivals on AIM (listing May 2014) but it seems to be progressing very nicely.

For the record, I sold out of FLO at 147.5p a couple of weeks ago and bought into ENTU at 68.5p after the recent big fall after the profit warning. Not one of my best moves.
