THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Been upsetting more good people Gausie...what do you say big boy?

B J Muncaster - 15 Aug'10 - 14:03 - 12104 of 12104

Gausie,
Rather than f*ck off, Ive done what you asked me to do and Ive found the posts in question. You were a tad early in assuming Id gone away. I dont do go-away.

Perhaps the posts below will refresh your memory.

In 6972 you said you would send me your address if I emailed you, which I did, but then you went quiet or to use your terminology you f*cked off. It doesnt surprise me that you went missing, you and your ilk are all mouth and trousers behind an alias.

So, do you stand by your comment that Ive been convicted of fraud? Or are you going to admit that you lied in your posts? Or do you think you can come up with proof to back up your statements?

Gausie - 09 Apr 2009 21:28 - 6934 of 8489
Hey tabs - lets go back to post 6912 where you comment on the similarity between BJM and Lester Piggot .....

I don't think you're being entirely fair. Ok, they might both have been convicted as liars, frauds and cheats; but I don't think BJM served time did he?

Gausie,

I refer you to your post number 6934, copied here:

I have no problem with anyone's opinion, nor am I against the banter that goes on on BBs. But I do object to lies and libellous ones in particular.

You have stated that I have been convicted of being a liar, a fraud and a cheat. Your statement is untrue and damaging. Either provide evidence or withdraw your statement.

Gausie - 14 Apr 2009 17:38 - 6972 of 8489
Hey Barry - your post 6943 - where I stated you'd been found by a judge to be a liar, a fraud and a cheat. What bit did you find libellous? Did I miss a comma?

Were you being serious in your veiled threat to sue for libel? If you click on the little e-mail icon and drop me a note I'll give you the address for service.

Or were you posturing for the 'benefit' of other posters? In a lying, fraudulent, cheating kind of way?

Gausie - 14 Apr 2009 17:49 - 6974 of 8489
Hmmm - just reread my original post. Is it the bit about 'not serving time' that I got wrong? Did you serve time?

Gausie - 14 Apr 2009 20:04 - 6979 of 8489
Nice thinking jkd.

How about it Bazza? Fancy settling out of court? Send me a tenner and so far as I'm concerned that will be the end of the matter. But it would have to be a real tenner. Not a lying, fraudulent, cheating forged tenner.

G

ps Bazza never loses. I know this cos I was told by a chap who's never wrong. He told me that too. He has to take the pineapple out of his vocal orifice before he can speak though. Otherwise his voice sounds a bit muffled. He also has to take it out to shit.

Gausie - 15 Apr 2009 06:22 - 6984 of 8489
Hey Barry -

Thank you for your Money-PM. Although it was a bit short.

Please confirm, by BB posting, what it is you will be serving me with. It's not a very interesting story unless you really are going for libel. Then it'll be great fun and I expect to crucify you. We'll keep it in the public eye - I have nothing to hide.

If, on the other hand, you're just feeling a bit harassed and want to try to gag me then you can do the digging and hard work yourself. It'll still be an interesting story, just not quite as much fun. And we'll have to tell it in a slightly different way.

I miss a good old ding dong with a holier-than-though AIM fraudster. But I miss Andy Moore (from the old days when ADVFN was still a good site) :-)

You could always use the same lawyers he used - he became a laughing stock too - particularly when we got the dailys and Radio 4 to pick the story up.
Gausie - 15 Apr 2009 20:14 - 7001 of 8489
Hilary - that's cleared a thing or two up. Thank you. Is that the only time a judge has had something less than complimentary to say about our Bazza, I wonder?

Hey Barry - I've not heard anything from you since you dropped me a line asking me for my address for service at 4.48am this morning - and it would be rude of you not to answer the question I posed earlier today. Did you go straight back to bed after putting in a good day's work? Kind of a reward for a job well done? Or have you been too busy saving the world to post up a response?

G

Gausie - 24 Apr 2009 09:35 - 7069 of 8489
He's also stayed very quiet after huffing and puffing and threatening libel action over the Lester Piggot comparison.

Maybe he did go inside after all?

Or maybe he's not quite so uncomfortable as he first suggested to be seen as a lying fradulent cheat? Or maybe he's learned the differences between libel, speculation and fair comment?

Vexing.

tabasco
Don't forget what I said about removing disruptive posters!

tabasco - 15 Aug 2010 14:21 - 9417 of 81564

Haystack...if you want to talk about disruptive posters...Gausie is a legend...anyway you told me personally these bbs was a laugh and not to be taked seriously?...i took your word for that?

Haystack - 15 Aug 2010 14:24 - 9418 of 81564

It is not my word that counts. I am just reminding you that disruptive posters will be removed.

Gausie - 15 Aug 2010 14:26 - 9419 of 81564

Tabby - don't you wish you'd paid heed at the time?

Anyway - for balance, here's my response. I suggest that rather than continuing this cut and paste waste of bandwidth, anyone interested in how this story develops should view the original on ADVFN.

Alternatively, we should move this to the MDX thread.

Gausie - 15 Aug'10 - 14:14 - 12106 of 12106

Ta Bazza - You have been working hard. It's good to see your prioritisation skills at work.

The posts seem reasonable and in the light of the SCLN money apparently being wasted on your watch as well as your failure to publish accounts, quite prophetic too. Which is the post you object to?

And please could you provide thread titles so I can check where you've copied this from. I ask this because I see you're up to your old tricks and have already slipped in a little edit of the post referred to as 6934 above. The two copies you've posted above differ in a small but significant and meaningful way.

Surely you wouldn't try to mislead us in the way it is claimed you tried to mislead the judge with your sham property security?

G

tabasco - 15 Aug 2010 14:28 - 9420 of 81564

Haystack...i am not being disruptive...Gausie ask me to post it...just doing t
he decent thing....look...nice language

Gausie - 13 Aug'10 - 14:22 - 11927 of 11929

Remind me what the statement was? It's obviously a big deal to you. Post it here and I'll defend it and back it up with evidence. Otherwise, f*ck off.

tabasco - 15 Aug 2010 14:33 - 9421 of 81564

bit of a disruptive post that Gausie?

Gausie - 15 Aug 2010 14:35 - 9422 of 81564

tabasco - 15 Aug 2010 14:38 - 9423 of 81564

Will Squelch Gausie and Tabasco to see if that improves anything.
It is a shame that tabasco has been drawn into this childish argument.
From his many previous post (weeks ago) I though he would be above such pathetic nonsense.
I would have answered Gausie once (not going down to his level). I would also have reported him, then squelched him after giving him a chance to apologize, and left it at that.
After squelching, I will see if that works before leaving this thread for a few weeks at least.

Note... Gausie should have been banned ages ago due to his personal insults that often went way over what MoneyAm states are it's conditions of posting content.
It is OK being liberal, but I am disappointed that they have allowing so many Gausie posts to stand.
I thought their standards were higher than those of several competitors.
