CGM's actions may be very beneficial for sp (for now), but it does not necessarily follow that they have useful inside knowledge

cynic suggest you visit their website all the information is there concerning their plans to accelerate oil production, draw your own conclusions.

i know i'm not very good at reading, which i'm sure you will now confirm, but as far as i can determine, these guys don't even anticipate drilling until october this year, let alone accelerate oil production .... that said, i grant you that the prospects off Namibia look good, but that doesn't stop dud wells; ask DES!

cynic perhaps they are looking for more major partners, Petrobas appear to be involved already.
