Tempted to go short on EMG look at the volume.

Seymour Clearly - 19 Apr 2012 11:02 - 2402 of 3532

I was holding EMG a while ago, got out just above 145 for small loss. Lucky escape methinks.

Fred1new - 19 Apr 2012 12:12 - 2403 of 3532

Aviva.

Just bought few SBs, May buy more if it does as I hope.

The fundamentals seem sound and guessing target price of 520, but accept 380.
And the candles seem positive, perhaps another day or two would be wiser.

RNS out today seems OK.

I haven’t drawn the support incline line on the presented charts, but they do seem positive.

GF - it was Chris's post (the text with the missing "<") that extended the charts to 3 abreast - might be worth doing something similar at the top of your header post just before the charts to extend the width of everything in the header?

Fred1new - 19 Apr 2012 12:27 - 2405 of 3532

What would be nice would be able to search for share by Epic on thread.

Save sometime duplicating post.

But probably asking to much.

Wish my memory was better.

jonuk76 - 19 Apr 2012 15:30 - 2406 of 3532

Weir showing signs of reversal I think. Bullish divergence on RSI, and a bullish engulfing candle formed on Tuesday.

Also nice break out from long term resistance (and ascending triangle pattern forming since November) for SVT

how would I do this skinny?not with you? could do with it being wider so can get more charts up.

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 15:50 - 2408 of 3532

I guess just copy exactly what Chris posted and paste it in the header just before the charts? Can only screw things up if its wrong :-)

Weir looks promising.

FGP looking at the lows again.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 15:51 - 2409 of 3532

Skinny you mean put in a false chart just before first chart above on oxford instruments and without the first bracket??????.

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 15:52 - 2410 of 3532

I'm no HTML expert, but worth a try.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 15:55 - 2411 of 3532

Tried it YIKES F ME.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:00 - 2412 of 3532

God its worked your a bloody genious Skinny.

Do you think it looks better that way with three???

Everyone?

Means on posts lower down they extend to right.

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:03 - 2413 of 3532

I think you can use the "width" (or similar) attribute - maybe worth asking Ian on the bugs thread to see if there is a more efficient way of doing ?

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:04 - 2414 of 3532

As I said - I'm no expert, there must be a way of setting it just for the header.

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:06 - 2415 of 3532

Think it looks ok .

jonuk76 - 19 Apr 2012 16:08 - 2416 of 3532

Is it supposed to be 3 charts wide now?

goldfinger - 19 Apr 2012 16:17 - 2417 of 3532

NO gone back to normal as when I post a new chart above it for some reason leaves a chart off and a X showing. Drat.

Ill have a word with ian but I only know basics of this code.

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:19 - 2418 of 3532

I think you need (somehow to set the width at the beginning of the charts in the header and then reset it after the charts in the header - but as I said I'm no expert - unlike Ian!

skinny - 19 Apr 2012 16:34 - 2419 of 3532

BTW - if you want it done in COBOL or SCL - then I'm your man

jonuk76 - 19 Apr 2012 16:40 - 2420 of 3532

More one for long term investors than a trading buy as it don't move around that much, but it popped up on a stock screen I've been using as having a bullish chart pattern. Divi yield 4.65%-ish, but is trading at a 6%-ish premium to NAV.
