That's really frustrating 3M. I had a similar problem last year but it did not take as long as yours. i hope your friend makes good tea/has a decent bottle of gin!

Just had a week of the same problem. In my case it was a technical glitch at the exchange, although our BT friends at a call centre in India told me our engineer was a lier (her exact word). She was wrong.

Was your friend at the call centre in India a Karen, Julie or even Sarah. Ive Spoken to a Dave there and Mark. Then when you ring back you get a big WHO. They make you laugh with their lies. :-))

Range Resources (LON:RRL) slipped 5% to 10p which has historically been a strong support level for the company. Range have a 20% joint ownership of the Puntland well in Somalia, along with Red Emperor (20%) and Horn Petroleum (60%).
