Certainly I know that BRR have had an approach. Interesting to see if it's JLP, though I wasn't aware that JLP were on the acquisition trail. Usually the target's sp increases & the acquirer's sp declines, but it is totally the opposite in this case, which makes me think that it may not be JLP. Time will tell.
Even though some of you don't approve of shorting stocks, wishing losses on someone else is a cheap shot, in my humble opinion.

Whilst the latest announcement may come to nothing, the fact is no-one knows, so opening any short position is akin to betting on black or red at the casino.
