Been out most of the day - not a lot to come home to, mta going down and rrl up a fraction wowzers. Have a nice meal out again DC and kim, you are beginning to make me jealous haah!!! I've treated myself to two sides of salmon from Morrisons it is half price at the moment so that will do me (cut it up and freeze it). Have a good weekend.

Salmon is my favourite fish 3m, there are a lot of offers around at the moment, my freezer is full of salmon; with my luck I'll probably develop an allergy to it now! It is only DC who is eating out tonight; I'm having a night off from cooking duties though, my wife is making a salad (what else on a scorcher like today?!)

Toe needs AN OPERATION apparantly so Dr. says so am waiting to see a specialist/consultant to see what would you believe the consultants name is ................wait for it Mr. Toe ............. or could be Mr. Tow says, I believe is is of ethnic origin. Dam sore but Summer is here so can pop them out of frontless/peep toe shoes. Had a terrible ordeal with the warranty people and the dealer garage about my car wait again for it, found out the dealer garage made a claim on my car for £383 for a Heater Matrix on 7th June 2007 naf all to do with me, Dealer Garage has now stated that I won't have to pay £250 (after I confronted them this morning), to have my car fixed next week Surprise, Surprise, Surprise. Said it could have been an admin error, my reg. could have been put in by mistake - a load of bollocks. I have told the warranty people that it was a fraudulent claim and they don't want to know as it is too old of a claim to go into. I told them that the Police need to get involved or the Fraud investigators. Not interested. How many people take out warrantys and how many false claims are made from Dealers. God help the garage on Wednesday as I am known as a ferrit and they certainly don't know me. Going to water now - cool enough.

I think you should be writing a newspaper column 3m! Your last post captures all the pathos of your situation, it is a good job that you have a sense of humour! Amazing. There is a tv programme made in Wales called The Ferret, they would love to get their teeth into your warranty problem, sounds like you would do well on their team!

Don't need a hose pipe as have plenty of water butts thankfully DC and may eventually contact The Ferret team after I get my car fixed free of charge (will be watching carefully) from the workshop doors to make sure my job is done kim and the part they told me was needed is put in. Wonder how David Lenigas and PL will get on - LGO have been crap for ages. Don't know whether it is good or bad. Hope we don't get sun stroke after today, like a furness on my patio. Could fry a steak on the floor I would imagine. Not complaining, just last Sunday I lit the chimenea to get warm when my friend came as we were determined to be outside. Gloreous weather long may it continue and lets hope for a better week on this and many more.
