Buying in the 3.6-3.8p is surely a no brainer.

From Twitter - DB is doing a BRR Media Interview at 8.45am tomorrow.

The last time he did one on 14th June an RNS was released the same morning naming Mitie as the Company who the Big Contract was with.

Contract Wins

Coms plc (AIM: COMS) has made a number of recurring contract wins over the past month within its retail, enterprise and wholesale divisions. The total revenues combined are just over £1 million pounds per annum.

Dave Breith (Coms CEO) stated: "These contracts are a further example of the attraction of Coms' managed service offering based around its carrier class VOIP platform. I am delighted with the progress to date and the recurring nature of the contracts gives me confidence around the visibility of revenues going forward"

The following link takes you to the advert for the Coms HR Manager. The interesting part is the bit, which refers to the large increase in staff.

Unless there is some news to bolster the sp, this could drift quite a bit lower, imo. Just from a chart perspective, maybe even as low as the 3p level?

I'm out for now except for a small holding , Breith starting to come across as another Barry Muncaster (just my imo).

doodlebug4 - 18 Sep 2013 13:05 - 412 of 1120

I agree with you Dil.

Here's another good reason to have reservations about the way David Breith is communicating with shareholders right now;

DB's latest tweet!

Good post From another board:

Big7ime   18 Sep'13 - 10:45 - 3302 of 3353   1 0  edit

Let's look at the facts:

1.In the last month they have added (increase to existing recurring income) extra £1m so if they continue ( and my guess is that this will accelerate) this will be another £12m added per yr to the existing Recurring income

2.The Mitie contract is worth £15m over two years, this they have started installing. The bonus would be an extension to the contract from the 100k properties to up to 500k props, i.e. Could multiply this deal, as reported a couple of mths ago in the Daily Mail.
get another Mitie type deal on board and D Breith said himself that they could sign up one of Mitie competitors of which there are four I believe and you are looking at multiplying that figure again.

3.We are starting at a very low base, from scratch, some acquisitions are inevitable but the company is very well financed to do so, some dilution may occur but It's also in DBs interest not to let this get out of hand. Acquisitions will bring cost synergies as well as faster growth of the business.

4.Let's stick with the likely £22m revenue for next 12mths, 41% gr margin, allow for admin and gen costs, salaries etc. And acquisition costs, we will have say £5m to come off, ebitda of circa £4m. On a p/e of 20 this gives Mkt cap of £80m or approx 13.5p per share. (A recent buy recommendation had a target of 12p.)
Looking further ahead, talk of 100m revenue (published quite recently in a buy note) for me that's a little optimistic and few yrs down the line, an sp of 25-30p not out of the question.

I have added last week, now my largest holding.

doodlebug4 - 20 Sep 2013 10:11 - 415 of 1120

Some facts there and a lot of speculation, robstuff. I've sold out here , David Breith's tweet on Wednesday was the final straw, I thought it was very unprofessional - to put it mildly.

HARRYCAT - 20 Sep 2013 10:23 - 416 of 1120

I wonder how many of the younger investors thought that his tweet was really cool?!!
I'm holding but I agree with you db4. That kind of stuff doesn't inspire confidence, imo.

robstuff - 20 Sep 2013 16:23 - 417 of 1120

Hmmmm, know what you mean. Well, it's actions rather than words I guess so just hope those business deals are rolling in.

doodlebug4 - 20 Sep 2013 16:39 - 418 of 1120

I think David Breith is still finding his feet, having only been the CEO since January. Perhaps his early success with the company and share price went to his head a bit. He just needs to concentrate on the important issues of running the business and stop being distracted by all the nonsense going on around him. jmop

Am I old or what? Do persons in such positions have to tweet or whatever they call it. For heavens sake people who are in responsible positions should not be playing around wasting their time as we do on a sodding computer, they should be getting the business going hands on. - not punching keys on a keyboard. My opinion rightly or wrongly.
