Lol! A drilling update would be nice. Some others in the sector have had cracking days today, BUR, DNX and PMO all showing good gains.

proptrade - 13 Jun 2005 16:21 - 4243 of 7811

indeed. read their reports and accounts today. really all looks good.

gavdfc - 13 Jun 2005 16:34 - 4244 of 7811

I think Shell's reported comments over the weekend of oil over $40 for the next 20 years gave the sector a big boost today. A lot of decent small and mid-caps are going to have quite a lot of money on their books if that is the case.

The chart is showing a quite well developed inverted head and shoulders, from an exceptionally strong double bottom support level repeated from last July and again in December of 14.5p. Looks good for take off when the news is good, with little downside risk and I've only slightly overpaid for my stake at an average of just under 16.5p. Should see some good upside come the end of the year.

Morning all, we are up 1.5% at the moment.. it's a good start.

proptrade - 14 Jun 2005 09:55 - 4248 of 7811

not bad, have you seen the volume goal?

goal - 14 Jun 2005 10:20 - 4249 of 7811

I've just had a look, cant tell weather those big sells are sells.

goal - 14 Jun 2005 10:24 - 4250 of 7811

There they are again.

I like rolls.

I like Rollos.

Lets call them Rollos from now on.

proptrade - 14 Jun 2005 10:38 - 4255 of 7811

ok. i second that motion.

seawallwalker - 14 Jun 2005 10:40 - 4256 of 7811

mixitup12 on the other channel says

"I think the B deals are conversions to a spreadbet. 6,600,000 is about 1 million quid. If the price goes up, that will be a nice little tax-free earner. Must be confident of an upward movement from here.2

Fair explanation, and the price went up so mixi could be right.

seawallwalker - 14 Jun 2005 10:41 - 4257 of 7811

A 250k very delayed trade.

Someone is not keeping up again. I wonder who?

Hectorp - 14 Jun 2005 11:47 - 4258 of 7811

These big trades sure arent sells. then a straight 2 mill buy.. up goes the price. I like the idea of the roll-over into a spread bet...
anyhow here is the 6 month chart. We seem to ahve an inverted head and shoulders and strong upside momentum. Resistance is around about 18p at the moment.

graph.php?enableRSI=true&modeMA=Simple&e

The RSI shows that another 20-30 RSI points upside are quite probable. The RSI and MacD at the moment, almost mirror their positions early January time, when the stock had fallen to 14's and the result was 17.75 high point.
MAybe we can get there this time around, I dont know of course

seawallwalker - 14 Jun 2005 12:08 - 4259 of 7811

The high trades are out of the norm for this time of day.

If something is afoot, I would like to be put out of my er........... well not really misery, I would just like a strong clue.

seawallwalker - 14 Jun 2005 12:11 - 4260 of 7811

On the other hand, I'm just bored.
