Rockhopper was established in 2004 with a strategy to invest in and undertake an offshore oil exploration programme in the North Falkland Basin. It was floated on AIM in August 2005. Rockhopper was the first company to make a commercial oil discovery in the Falklands. Today Rockhopper is the largest acreage holder in the North Falkland Basin, with interests in the Greater Mediterranean region.

take partial profits if applicable
dont be greedy. just my observation and suggestion should it happen.

ref my post 5812
had i looked and been following earlier i may have made the same post suggestion but with a 340 initial target instead of 420.my original comments still stand. a pull back may now follow, or it may not. dont be greedy, anyway from a chartist outlook we now have the possibilty of a chart pattern WITHIN a pattern. always nice. a sort of fractal.it still has to take out that 380 high but i do still have a target of 420 based on current chart indications.
dangerous to buy in now but for existing holders it may help provide various exit/hold/ sell strategies depending on ones investment criteria and upon price movement maybe based on a breaking of neck lines or trend lines or maybe even on money management rules.
whatever happens or whatever price decides to do and whatever you decide, good luck.
all just my opinion of course and hope it might help some.

Because of Anadarko rumours and secondly it probably is the only way forward for Rockhopper, as they would have to raise money and expertise....the big boys have both of that.
