Looks like some of the quick fire merchants are getting out. Stay in chaps ( and chappesses)- if it can rush like that in the space of 20 mins think what you could have in a couple of weeks!

seawallwalker - 06 Oct 2004 13:53 - 582 of 7811

Have no fear.

Us seasoned campaigners are in for 1 a share.............

...........by Christmas!

seawallwalker - 06 Oct 2004 13:55 - 583 of 7811

5k up in 20 minutes, what a sight to behold.

Shame it's dropping back.

namreh3 - 06 Oct 2004 13:56 - 584 of 7811

If they are 1 by Xmas I am cancelling 25th Dec as it will be Xmas every day of the year (with apologies to the Monty Python team for the plagiarism). Digits crossed.

Was such a nice sight! Hope no one thought of selling. Not interested myself in selling here or anywhere near this level, especialy in such a hot sector right now.

proptrade - 06 Oct 2004 14:00 - 586 of 7811

great price action chaps...they will regain that lost ground v soon.

sandrew64 - 06 Oct 2004 14:05 - 587 of 7811

I don't believe it ...I only took the dog out for a walk and missed all the action. Do you suppose it will happen again if I keep watching this time....Perhaps I should go out again!!

seawallwalker - 06 Oct 2004 14:11 - 588 of 7811

sandrew64 try it and see.

Nice to see lots of new names here, hey prop?

gavdfc - 06 Oct 2004 14:15 - 589 of 7811

Been quite a week here so far, especially for those who have been in for a while. Plenty more to come though.

hilary - 06 Oct 2004 14:15 - 590 of 7811

Well that certainly got you lot talking.

:o)

seawallwalker - 06 Oct 2004 14:19 - 591 of 7811

Must have been a rumour that got out, and not been confirmed that caused that.

Lets face it, this will go as quick but further when the words "..........in signifivcant quantities". is used to describe a hit, and I truely believe that is coming, and the City expect it, hence the rapid spike in the price.

In fact, looking at the trade volumes and times, a rumour is indicated!

Right, back to cooking the dinner.................

proptrade - 06 Oct 2004 14:32 - 592 of 7811

almost 600 posts on the thread and i can see this snowballing!

it is great to have more comments and even better that it is all on the positive side. the regulars will know we will be here through hell or high oil and all other input is welcome and encouraged.

onto the important stuff, SWW, whats for dinner?

hilary - 06 Oct 2004 14:35 - 593 of 7811

I can confirm that there is indeed a rumour of a rumour in the market.

:o)

namreh3 - 06 Oct 2004 14:37 - 594 of 7811

Spill dear heart, let us mortals have the gist!

seawallwalker - 06 Oct 2004 14:38 - 595 of 7811

I can not confirm, but looking at the spike and trades, what else could it be?

Time will tell.

Chicken curry and rice.

namreh3 - 06 Oct 2004 14:40 - 596 of 7811

Hear what you say SWW. Definitely time for my milk and afternoon nap. Good hunting all.

hilary - 06 Oct 2004 14:41 - 597 of 7811

Korma, Tikka or Vindaloooooooo, SWW?

gavdfc - 06 Oct 2004 14:42 - 598 of 7811

Hmmm, a rumour of a rumour. Would that be a big rumour or a small rumour. ;-)

The word significant is indeed significant. Profits expected to be significantly ahead of market expectations, I like that one. And drilling results show significant quantities of oil and gas, another beauty.

seawallwalker - 06 Oct 2004 14:43 - 599 of 7811

Korma,as the kids, (18 and 15) eat it too.

Nice though, if I do enough next time, you can all come round.

:-))

namreh3 - 06 Oct 2004 14:46 - 600 of 7811

I will bring the salad dressing. Any grade of oil you prefer?
