NG. .. you know what happened last time!!

optomistic - 05 Aug 2005 11:26 - 6364 of 24230

Hi jj, OK in the garden but watch out for the midges.

stockbunny - 05 Aug 2005 11:27 - 6365 of 24230

Exactly! LOL
Non-farm payrolls up this afternoon, bloomberg futures reckon DOW
will rise, we could do with that to keep momentum over here.

jj50 - 05 Aug 2005 11:29 - 6366 of 24230

No midges here on East Coast - too breezy!

Forgotten about those non farm wotsits ... mmm

stockbunny - 05 Aug 2005 11:47 - 6367 of 24230

West coast for midges - little dears! Spent a wonderful week in the Western
Highlands a few years back, right by a loch, beautiful scenary, peaceful,
wonderful aside of being eaten alive! LOL

Spaceman - 05 Aug 2005 12:56 - 6368 of 24230

Talking of midges anyone know why there are not millions of them in Holland, the whole country is covered with still water which I think is the sort of place the little blighters love.

stockbunny - 05 Aug 2005 13:03 - 6369 of 24230

No whisky?
LOL

This_is_me - 05 Aug 2005 13:03 - 6370 of 24230

All that buzzing, gone and woke me up!! actually went to watch cricket, that's always a good sedative :-)

stockbunny - 05 Aug 2005 15:15 - 6379 of 24230

Now I know the market isn't that exciting this afternoon - but
cricket! It's not that boring!!!!!
;>)

optomistic - 05 Aug 2005 15:34 - 6380 of 24230

Perhaps that's where everyone else is today, watching cricket?
Friend of mine recently bought a system with a TFT monitor that can have a TV programme showing in the corner. Usefull for cricket fans, they could work and play at the same time.
