It's holding its own quite remarkably well, I was expecting some profit takers and back down to 24-26 but hey, not complaining. Some quite large stakes built over the last month which total approx 20% of capital so should give it some stability, unless they take profits themselves.

Large buy this afternoon, mms must have a very large order to fill as the selling doesn't reduce the sp.

Dont't think so!
Institutions are still accumulating, above 30p.
Loads of news in the pipeline, trial data, JV's, takeover rumours.
Charts still looking positive.
This aint finished yet!

Down 2p this morning - it looks like a break in the institutions accumulating, hopefully a very short term correction but I wouldn't fancy risking it yet, next buying target should be around 24p

Now that we've bounced back a little, I've sold some.
I think maybe we will go lower before upward progress is resumed.

Looks like I was right to sell some again on Tuesday.
However, Man Financial has upped its stake so I'm looking for the the right time to buy again.

Apple, I sincerely hope that you're making money with your deals because you're in and out of OXB almost every day so your dealing fees must be huge.

only 12.50 each time with Comdirect + 0.5% stampduty for buying.
& No, not every day & sometimes not every week.
This is my favourite share due to its volatility, its substantial long term prospects & its never quite achieving lift off YET.
I always keep a core holding which has been more than paid for by the profits. One day this share will really take off & you never know, I may have more than my normal core holding in it at the time.
My big regret this year is that I walked away from SEO because of all the court case hassle & then it turned into a 5 bagger.

Time to get back in I think, we seem to have met the resistance level and some major buys at 26-27. I may hold off for a short while, but next upward rally should reach 35

More speculation that Oxford Biomedica is in the US discussing a takeover with either Genentech or Johnson & Johnson in the press - does anyone have any more details of this.

Just ogot back from the States where OXB is now getting noticed. A friend of mine on Wall St knew about oxb as "one of the main contnders in Genetic technology and reckons Genetech is he likely to bid as share value is awesome." Go OXB, if this co was in the US, would now be worth 10times this. Could be very interesting the next few months expect more institutional buying.

Things are looking good but the last thing we want at this stage is a successful bid.
OXB is worth so much more than a sub 1 price in the long term.
I wasn't online this morning so I missed the turnround or I would have bought a few more, but hey, it will come down again like it usually does.

Not so sure apple, this may have been your last chance sub 28, and I agree - I'm sure the co sp will be over 1 before too long too. The reason I say this is that there is so much interest from institutions and other pharmaceutical co's as Trovax nears final trials - this will be worth a serious amount. Add to that you have MetXia and Lentivector technology which are beginning to get critical acclaim.
