Exploration update 3rd August 2006 - Red Rock Resources PLC said a significant new iron discovery has been made at its Central Yilgarn Iron Project in Australia. Jupiter is targeting extra iron ore tonnage of over 20 mln tonnes from the discovery. Production from the Central Yilgarn Iron Project is planned to be crushed on site, trucked to Menzies, 90 kilometres away, and then railed to the Port of Esperance

Red Rock Resources plc said it has signed a
deal with Zambian firm Chiman Manufacturing Ltd for the processing of manganese
to produce ferromanganese.
The mineral exploration and development company said Chiman will provide
crushing, preparation, and processing of ore supplied by Red Rock's Zambian unit
from stockpiles and surface material at its Chiwefwe mining license.
The company added it expects to make first deliveries shortly.

No idea will have to wait till the 13th my birthday again, it did go up 23% before the suspension so it could be some good news.

I sold out of here a way back into MTA. RRR is important to RGM (holds 16% of RRR) which I hold.

thanks Driver. I must admit I can't remember the last time RRR jumped so high on consecutive days as well. It would be nice if it continued next week. Lets wait and see.

unless they consolidate i suspect i'll be long dead and probably you too before that happens, if ever

apart from a very brief rocket+stick episode a year or so ago when sp hit 16p, this stock has been a total disaster with sp currently back to where it was in 2006/7 when this was first touted as the next "sliced bread"

well let's hope it gets another rocket + stick next week ! LOL It certainly has been a big disappointment but I'd be happy for it to return to 10p, anything more would be a bonus. Interesting why the suspension, if the SP was going up before the suspension, one would lean towards a positive rns, takeover possibly ? big find ? or will it be a false dawn and rns will be bad news. Ready for a new roller coaster week with Grrece and Spain much on the agenda !

There was speculation that there was going to be a buy out for JMS, RRR own 4.1% shares in JMS plus a .75% royalty, RGM owns 16% shares in RRR so it affects them as well . in the long run the rejection of the offer wont effect either company.
