How many times have we seen this : good update followed by a drop, I probably should have sold a couple of days ago, but staying put now. This will be above 4 sooner or later with the gas deals going on !

niceonecyril - 18 Jan 2008 15:11 - 85 of 903

Also staying put, but never had any intentions of selling at this point, even if the
SP is slightly volitile. May if the correct circumstances unfold(one of my other shares coming up trumps)buy some more.
Well worth going over fido's posts as his knowledge is second to none.

Can DGO be taken over or is there a large blocking shareholder?

cynic - 18 Jan 2008 16:02 - 87 of 903

for the brave only, arguably a good point for entry - i.e. anticipate bounce from 25 dma

mbugger - 21 Jan 2008 15:10 - 88 of 903

Strong trading update, but S.P. APPEARS TO BE MANIPULATERD LATELY FORa hidden agenda, not disclosed to ord. punters, any info Fido.

Dreadful stockmarket, really terrible, hate these downs and then upward spikes, makes things bloody impossible !

cynic - 21 Jan 2008 16:06 - 90 of 903

bit spiteful, but not much different from many if not most stocks today

required field - 21 Jan 2008 16:11 - 91 of 903

Oh !, Do you remember those blue days ?, I've almost forgotten what they look like...

Too much fluctuation. You need to be brave to gain in this market.

cynic - 22 Jan 2008 08:53 - 96 of 903

impossible to call anything with confidence, other than "total shit" (lol!) ..... certainly very very scary .... tho it is certain that Fed will attempt some action, it is actually the markets that need some emotional equilibrium to restore general confidence

required field - 22 Jan 2008 08:56 - 97 of 903

Total disaster, 2 weeks ago never expected anything like this...

cynic - 22 Jan 2008 09:22 - 98 of 903

RF .... hope you OK ...... i know the feeling all too well

niceonecyril - 22 Jan 2008 10:06 - 99 of 903

Its not nice thats for sure, however look to the future come 2009(just 12months
away) and i can see this 5+. So much going for it, 50,000bopd, increased reserves, gas revenues and a possible take out,a great buying opportunity imho?
I just wonder about the yanks, Bush in the middle east trying to get the price of oil down, shortly after arriving home, issues a statement of his plans to help the
economy. It causes uncertainty and low and behold they go on holiday?

cynic - 22 Jan 2008 10:09 - 100 of 903

Bush has not hope in hell of getting the oil price down, any more than Canute could hold back the waves! ..... the market and $ strength/weakness will determine that
