Morning Socs, sorry about your problems with the missing sign ;-)
Nice flight back from Hamburg yesterday evening, I sat on the right hand side of the plane and watched while northern Germany and Holland slowly passed by. The visibilty must have been close to a 100 miles, I could see the whole of the Norfolk coast at one point even though we were Over Holland and a good way from the coast. Sometimes flying is magical.
Bright, hot and sunny in Hastings, we will be driving up to Norwich in a couple of hours

It'll take more than a couple of hours, Spacie. As for me, it's trolley racing, today is the Morrison's Grand Prix, not forgetting a one pound coin for the trolley.

'Morning Opto
I think it is one of Parkinson's Laws that work expands to fill the time available. I have no doubt that the same applies to leisure.
I have some VC on ice, might share some if anyone comes in.

Morning - it's too hot! :>(
Salad and lots of fruit about all chilled for munching through the day, don't forget to drink lots of water - minus the alcohol - and to have some salt people don't want anyone dehydrating and falling in a heap in the coffee house or slumped over their computer.

I am about 1 mile form the sea here in Hastings and there is a pleasant breeze blowing theourgh my house most of the time, but every time it drops down the temperature soars.....

31-33 Spacie in new money - I'm so used to working in both as Ol'Ma Bunny doesn't understand the new stuff and the kids don't understand the old stuff, so I'm in a duel world of imperial and metric LOL

Morning - tip given yesterday on Breakfast TV and it works:
Freeze a 2 litre bottle of water - allow expansion room so only fill 3/4 with water - at night (or when feeling hot) put the bottle of frozen water in front on a fan, as the fan operates the frozen water cools the air it is circulating, helps cool the air a lot more then just having a fan churning about hot air in the room. Well worth doing, tried it last night in sons room and it really did help :>)
