Morning GF, have been in ARM for a couple of weeks now from 523, was a bit premature, but hey - worth a punt imho :-)

Yep markets rather dull in the FTSE 250s . Some say small miners and oileys recovering today.

looking through the system and a lot of stocks falling into horizontal trading ranges. Might be the pattern for the spring/summer now.

Mind can be highly profitable catching tops and bottoms MKS is just an example.

Hope investors havent forgotten the bullish broker SP targets on this stock from christmas...

Went long on Sage SGE late friday. System gave it out as a Buy and was the only one in the last 2 days .................. amazing given that we have had 2 days of ups, but then again the ups have been small percentages.

Looks like we are entering a spring/ summer horizontal market.

Trading ranges though can be very profitable.

Gone long on SGE SAGE, nice recovery chart, sound fundies. Chart to follow this afternoon.

SGE SAGE looks set for a recovery and return to recent highs. The long term chart shows a nice uptrtend channel in place with the SP having bounced of the trendfloor and now looking to head for the ceiling at around 310p.

Outlook

The Company has made a good start to the year. With a number of licensees who launched in the second half of 2010 building out their operations, there is good revenue growth potential in the coming months. Playtech's ability to offer a full turnkey solution to licensees in newly regulated markets positions it well for what are changing market dynamics.

A P/E of just 9.4 going into 2012 looks far too cheap to me. Im sure some will say value it on NAV, and I understand that the NAV position is very favourable.

Expected developments during the next reporting period include:



Clarity and resolution of the situation at Vele.



Completion of the Makhado bulk sample tests at ArcelorMittal followed by the DFS.



Commissioning of Phase 3 of the Matola Terminals upgrade during March 2011, thereby increasing CoAL's export allocation from one to three million tonnes per annum.



Increasing the production profile at the Mooiplaats Colliery to assist in meeting the port allocation referred to above.



Progress the Rio Coal Asset acquisition, including finalizing terms with potential partners.

Current Trading and Outlook

There has been a decline in performance since the beginning of February, which we attribute to a general weakening in the consumer economy. For the 8 weeks to 26 March 2011, like-for-like UK retail sales have decreased by 4.2%. We believe that our strong product offer and brand, robust balance sheet and continued operational efficiencies give us a sound base to face the tough outlook ahead.
