Spaceman - 10 Dec 2006 17:30 - 12021 of 24230

Hawkhurst, I know it well, and they even have a cinema now....

KEAYDIAN - 11 Dec 2006 15:22 - 12022 of 24230

Afternoon tea and cake anyone?

Socrates - 11 Dec 2006 16:53 - 12023 of 24230

Aternoon tea, afternoon cake, afternoon anyone. Bit quiet in here today KEAYDIAN.

KEAYDIAN - 11 Dec 2006 16:55 - 12024 of 24230

Very quiet Socs, must be a case of the Mondays!

Seymour Clearly - 11 Dec 2006 17:36 - 12025 of 24230

Afternoon. Slightly surreal experience of having finished work at 5.30. Normally kept going for another hour or so, so I'll have a brew please with a Danish before my journey home. Ta.

Socrates - 11 Dec 2006 17:46 - 12026 of 24230

Good evening Seymour, It's nice to knock off early on the odd occasion, I do it all the time.

Seymour Clearly - 11 Dec 2006 19:35 - 12027 of 24230

Ah, home and fed. I'm well and truly knocked off now.

Now to put the Clearly family's Christmas tree up. Life's never dull is it.

KEAYDIAN - 11 Dec 2006 20:23 - 12028 of 24230

Wait till you get to the lights, always tangled.

Socrates - 12 Dec 2006 17:39 - 12029 of 24230

Good evening.

Good evening?

KEAYDIAN - 12 Dec 2006 17:45 - 12030 of 24230

Over here!

Seymour Clearly - 13 Dec 2006 00:15 - 12031 of 24230

Have finally got the lights sorted.

We have the outdoor lights, the indoor multicoloured LED lights for the tree, the blue LED lights which I accidentally threw the transformer for out last year so they are useful, the white normal lights for the hall, and a jumble of lights that no longer work.

I can't bring myself to throw any of them out. Does this stem back to an event in my childhood? I think I need counselling. Or at least a turn in the hammock.

Spaceman - 13 Dec 2006 01:25 - 12032 of 24230

SC, you dont need counselling you need a swing in the hammock ;-)

Socrates - 13 Dec 2006 16:37 - 12033 of 24230

30 and counting!

KEAYDIAN - 13 Dec 2006 16:48 - 12034 of 24230

Stop counting and poor me a scotch, slide in down the bar as usual, and leave the bottle.

(Note: Rim of the cowboy hat is covering the eyes, this means I wish not to be disturbed)

KEAYDIAN - 13 Dec 2006 16:52 - 12035 of 24230

Service, SERVICE!

Kayak - 13 Dec 2006 17:02 - 12036 of 24230

There's no need to start shooting!

KEAYDIAN - 13 Dec 2006 17:04 - 12037 of 24230

;O)

I'm not going to ask again, dirtbag!

Socrates - 13 Dec 2006 18:25 - 12038 of 24230

One dirtbag coming up, is that with our without a straw?

[:~)

It's still 30 and counting!

Spaceman - 13 Dec 2006 20:35 - 12039 of 24230
