Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

jj50 - 15 Jan 2007 11:51 - 12421 of 24230

It is bad and windy here right now!

Just in for a quick cuppa...

I had a bargain price roof repairer.... he would fix three slates and loosen
four so that I would call him out again the following week :-)

stockbunny - 15 Jan 2007 12:08 - 12422 of 24230

Ah we've had a few of those LOL
Well just go careful in the wind people and if in doubt, tie an anchor round your ankle, it slows you down but keeps you from becoming airborne at least ;>)

jj50 - 15 Jan 2007 12:47 - 12423 of 24230

I'll try the anchor then .... the crutches just take off....

Time for a sandwich, what's on offer today?

stockbunny - 15 Jan 2007 13:01 - 12424 of 24230

Chicken and prawn salad?
Or any variation based on the above LOL

KEAYDIAN - 15 Jan 2007 13:23 - 12425 of 24230

Lunchtime, anything else going? Not a great salad lover.

stockbunny - 15 Jan 2007 13:29 - 12426 of 24230

Chicken and prawn sarnie K?

jj50 - 15 Jan 2007 13:33 - 12427 of 24230

Sounds good, prawn salad sandwich please. Could we
have some warming soup and crusty bread in tomorrow? Suits
the weather better :-)

Socrates - 15 Jan 2007 13:36 - 12428 of 24230

I'll have a prawn cocktail, but go easy on the gin.

stockbunny - 15 Jan 2007 13:48 - 12429 of 24230

Gawd - your thousand island sauce and gin isn't mixing too well Socs - you'll have to eat it with a spoon rather then a fork!
JJ - We'll leave the stock pot on over night for chicken soup tomorrow :>)

optomistic - 15 Jan 2007 16:23 - 12430 of 24230

Could I have some hot chocolate please....to drink

stockbunny - 15 Jan 2007 16:35 - 12431 of 24230

Hot chocolate for Opto and a shortbread biccie...

(edit) meant to add - have a good evening all - sees you all tomorrow :>)

optomistic - 15 Jan 2007 16:38 - 12432 of 24230

Thanks Bunny, that will do me good, could still manage a danish as well :-) It's said that strength goes in at the mouth.

optomistic - 15 Jan 2007 18:37 - 12433 of 24230

Everybody gone to bed now! night night all.

jeffmack - 15 Jan 2007 20:14 - 12434 of 24230

Socs, Happy Birthday for yesterday

Router died at home so no internet access. Currently logging from Hilton La Defense, Paris

Socrates - 15 Jan 2007 20:40 - 12435 of 24230

Sad to hear about Router, but you'll get over it Jeffers. You could have bought a new one in the UK, no need to go to such lengths to make contact.

stockbunny - 16 Jan 2007 08:13 - 12436 of 24230

Sorry about connections hassles JM - trip to Currys in order me-thinks!
Morning each - tea's on...

KEAYDIAN - 16 Jan 2007 08:21 - 12437 of 24230

Lovely brew Bunny.

Morning all, is it dark and wet everywhere?

stockbunny - 16 Jan 2007 08:27 - 12438 of 24230

It is outside the warren this morning, still got the curtains shut, can't be asked to look at dark dreary stuff - and then there's the market LOL
Danish K ?

jj50 - 16 Jan 2007 08:32 - 12439 of 24230

Did I hear Danish? :-)

Nice hot cup of tea, who cares what it is like outside......

Socrates - 16 Jan 2007 08:33 - 12440 of 24230

Someone mention brew? I'm up for that. A bit dull here but not wet, so far. Good morning Bunny and K.
