Didn't see Property Ladder but a stunning Grand Designs last night. Not a great fan of art deco but the house was a superb quality build.

Morning - yes it's a complete wind up that Grand Designs and The Apprentice clash but typical also. Re Property Ladder - Don't think I'd pay 500,000 for a property with a midget garage slap- bang in the middle of the front of the house but there you go LOL

Morning everyone. When I was at Uni an absolutly stunning girl was trying to figure out how to cook a tin of baked beans. She ended up phoning her Dad who was in the middle of a board meeting for his company - he didn't know either! I think she ended up with a Pot Noodle.
