Copy of recent email response from David Breith to simonwolf - published on another bulletin board with David Breith's permission:

"There you go guys, There was a bit more to the email however nothing of major interest just a few other minor questions. Please feel free to verify any of the comments with David at the AGM.

Simon: Firstly i firmly believe you and your team are focused on winning major contracts and soon if the Mitie win is anything to go by. My question is can the company cope with the delivery of the contracts that will be won?.

DB: Yes, I have been building the team internally and we are now 38 people strong, 19 when I took over. Challenge is to juggle the income v profit v EBITDA for shareholders here, which is very challenging! I have adverts out for another 35 people at the moment, not easy recruiting (for good people.

Simon: i.e im sure you would have seen the sunday mail article of an extra 400k home contracts which will be won by COMMS from Mitie. If for example you were to win such a contract how is the company set to deliver?.

DB:As above, the business is gearing itself for additional business and wherever it comes from we will get it.

Simon: Secondly you were asked the following question a little while ago, May i ask do you still stand by your 10p target and if so how soon realistically can you see the target being met?.

DB: 10p then seemed a long way away now, maybe 2 Months!, clearly I will try to get the maximum I can for the shareholders and adding the best value I can. All I can do is be myself and run the business, am sure the share price and valuation will look after itself by doing that, that's where I started this process and it is working right, but I reckon at least 30p by the way we are going..."

TWITTER

I was not a twitter user before today but have now signed up - WHY.

COMS CEO Dave Breith has recently opened a Twitter account and from the end of July intends to make daily posts on his account. Up until yesterday he only had two followers, one being his wife :@) however he is now up to 6, which includes me. I'm sure with the assistance of those of us who follow COMS on this BB we can very quickly get this up into triple figures. Please note that if you do not have a twitter account you will need to open one first before you can find Dave.

It will be at least a month before Dave is able to post anything, because as you can imagine he has much bigger things on his plate at the moment.

He is happy for this to be shared with you all and hopefully he will have a merry bunch of followers in place for when he begins his daily postings.

doodlebug4 - 25 Jun 2013 15:57 - 169 of 1120

I'm not a follower of Twitter, far too many numpties on there imo., so I'm glad David Breith is going to attend to the serious business of running his company before he gets involved posting on a daily basis.

Some investors who are so sceptical of Aim stocks generally and who tend to categorise the CEO's of these companies as a "bunch of chancers" - and have blinkered vision - miss out on great opportunities like this.

Dil - 26 Jun 2013 01:20 - 171 of 1120

Oi doodle serious question .... you DB mums ?

The Times, Deal Of The Day,COMS -
http://tinyurl.com/ku7whj3

Deal of the day: The interest in Coms was sustained after further consideration of a big contract with Mitie, an outsourcing company. In heavy trading, shares that changed hands for 3/4p late in April improved by 5.8% more to 4.125p, their best since 2010. With private investors piling in, brokers thought a push to 5p was on the cards for the internet telephony specialist.

doodlebug4 - 26 Jun 2013 09:23 - 173 of 1120

Oi Dil - you were up late last night - wakey, wakey it's nearly time for your "choo choo 8p here we come" post !:-)

Dil - 26 Jun 2013 09:28 - 174 of 1120

Been here since 7am doodles ... bit volatile aren't they like being on a rollercoaster this morning.

All those wanabee day traders jumping in out in out and shaking it all about.

Should just buy a ticket then sit back and enjoy the ride.

Choo choo :-)

Just been thinking that skinny, a bit of calm would not go amiss, but I don't think we're going to get it.

Roselea - 26 Jun 2013 10:48 - 177 of 1120

What happens when we run short of stock to trade.60% held by directors and ii,s,and a total of only 530ml on issue.

doodlebug4 - 26 Jun 2013 13:03 - 178 of 1120

This is partly what seems to be causing a lot of the excitement on the bulletin boards today - "Goverment announcement to spend £530m on broadband services". Expectation is that COMS will be a big beneficiary of that ---------------

Dil - 27 Jun 2013 01:28 - 179 of 1120

Aye ... £529m in the South East and a tenner in Wales !

Roselea - 27 Jun 2013 11:36 - 180 of 1120

Sheep don,t need broadband, do they?
