I've just got into Penna as I see a recovery here. The chart doesn't look great at present but I like the fact the Chief Executive, Stephen Rowlinson has increased his holding over time to just under 30% which says a lot to me about his faith in the future performance of Penna. I've know a number of senior recruitment and HR individuals in the past and the one thing they hate is wasting money...
