EOG warrant holders (EOG)

barclay - 03 Nov 2006 16:39

Is anybody on the forum still holding EOG warrants? if so, what are your thoughts
on the recent demise, and do you think they still have prospects?

I would appreciate your feedback!

hold and hope? warrants2.88 shares24.25 one warrant for one share at 30p up to 11/11 07

The warrants are too big a risk with the short time of expiry.
The stock woud have to move up 36% just to break even.
If I was interested in the stock I would sell the warrants in the market and buy the stock.

a share rise up to 30p or more will raise the warrants substantialy more pro rata to shares unless they run out of time

humpback321 - 05 Nov 2006 20:16 - 5 of 9

to ratify this is a share price rise of 5.75p to 30p per share

My friend has just bought some at 2.85p. These smaller oil shares are out of favour at the mo but can easily put on 15% in a day and 40% in a week on drilling news or on a tip. EOG was 32p just a few weeks ago. Investors C gave it a buy tip a week ago.

Brilliant! humpback, would it be possible for you to post the red Hot Penny shares tip onto the forum, so i can read it?

And supermum could you tell me what IC said in their buy recommendation?
It is hard to get tips on this company unless you buy these magazines
and it is good for the forum.
