All about cash flow - net assets irrelevant if you can't pay the bills and keep the bank(s) happy (ask Ennstone). Borrowing just over 120M as at June, with operating income covering interest just under twice. Tenant quality looks reasonable (lot to Halfords, which looks better placed than most retailers) so they have a chance, but imo high risk. Could suit traders, but not me.

Well done mitzy. I hold CIC and have high regard for their management. With them now holding just under 30%, TAP looks more secure to a debt averse investor like me!
