The last placing for 506,250 in October 2007 was at 0.375p. A placing maybe required for any acquisition and could be at around 0.40p imo. Once announced imo then should bring about dramatic rise! DYOR!

Quite a few sells easily taken on PLUS yesterday and throughout the week and last week without affecting the price which is another good sign. A fundraising will be required for any acquisition and imo will be around the 0.40p price with the last placing done at 0.375p. Once news is out then should see sharp re-rating imo to 1.50-2p. If there wasn't much going on in the background then would have expected the price to drop back alot more especially with the sells but hasn't. Quite a few NHS tenders being done at the moment which maybe one the company is looking at.

very heavy volume over the last few trading sessions!!
are we about to finally get this deal they've been working on?

The conversion first took place to eliminate 421,874 from the borrowings and at a massive premium of 0.95p per share in February 2010. In final results in July, the company made the comment of 'the balance sheet is now free from borrowings and the Board believes that this will increase the likelihood of concluding a successful transaction in the near term'. Subsequently, in the Interim results last month the company made the statement of 'is hopeful of an announcement before the year end of a suitable acquisition'.
Year end is 31st December 2010 and the actions and comments that I have seen since February leads me to believe the acquisition is near completion.
