This is the Old Toad, which then became something else as the car/bike-security market was a failure...then they concentrated on bus-security, using CCTV mainly but were hampered by the presence of ANOther that handled the data-stream from the bus.
Now in June09 they are an ungainly duckling, with the EPIC [C21], grief that's ugly as is the Co. Name.
Based in Micham, Surrey, they have been "steady" at doing not much for shareholders. . . . . I woinder if a name-change will make any difference, prob Not.
Need to read the docs to find out what's happened to Dilution and CONsolidation - bound to shaft retail shareholders....as usual.

EDIT:-(27May10)- re AGM Ann. . . . . . Seems to me the Exec pay needs realignment with results. The tiny movement in sp is nowhere near RESTORING investors position, so the Market is not willing to take "more of the same". By halving exec-pay that money would do nicely for new products/opportunities then if successful the larger payment could be repaid out of a shared fund with shareholders, Dirs take "he same"as Investors - whereas as of now Directors are overpaid by a wide margin for doing no more than what you'd expect them to do - run the business.
I suspect that relative to the FTSE this stock will be stuck for the next year, subject to any 1-off trades. -DYOR-

EDIT(28Dec2011) up 17% Why? -because they've sold their only asset, the office+ freehold for £2.3m DYOR - so next AGM will be in the bus-shelter . . .. Grr.
EDIT(8Feb2013)- Sp is leveling up since the land-sale - anyone know if they are using the money wisely? Has there been any Consolidation, to affect sp, I wonder.

Well that's a surprise as their only decent contract Bus-Operator bought fewer new busses..... You'd think they'd notice this as the start of their FY . . . . was that in July, perhaps? . . . . Grr! Clearly relying on ONE contract, is a Mistake and relying on one Sector is Carelessness . . . so I wonder when the Execs will concentrate on getting business through their doors - Rather than the "headline-grabbing" BIG WINS ( of which there have been very few! ).
Sp is about 1p6 - down 31% today . . . that's the Headline News, eh?

AT least one Exec should be sacked, preferably the one that gets the most money/benefits as they are a real-drain on the business.

EDIT(4Dec2017) sp 2p75 rose as they moved to Ashby dl Zouch recently, presumably to save Croydon Rents ( why ever did they sell the factory at Mitcham?). Directors have held-off Buying since 2014, so I guess Punters should also.
This is a Co with a drain on cash... they should be distributing Mugs for the forthcoming 2018 Royal-Marriage.. .
