missing RNS for Empyrean on ADVFN...conspiracy? (EME)

maestro - 23 Nov 2010 22:03

very strange...then maybe not...

Empyrean has first post farm-out revenue from Sugarloaf
StockMarketWire.com
Empyrean is now accumulating its first post farm-out revenue from the Sugarloaf project in Texas.

It said the May-1H well has been fracture stimulated and is currently flowing to sales.

This is the first well to be drilled, stimulated and produced on a post farm-out basis within the Sugarloaf project.

Revenue will accrue directly to Empyrean for its 3.0% working interest share after royalties have been paid.

Empyrean said the fracture stimulation of the Luna-1H well was complete and the well started cleaning up to sales on the 18 November. The well was stimulated with 14 stages across just over 5,000 ft of horizontal section.

It also said the fracture stimulation of the Direct Assets-1H well had started using a similar design to that utilised in other recent wells.

Empyrean will provide the market with a further update once the well has unloaded and cleaned up.

Remedial operations on Kowalik-1R well have been successfully carried out and the isolation plugs have been removed from the well.

Production tubing will now be installed before the well is flowed back to sales.

And it said operations were now under way at the Gilley-1H well.

Empyrean will provide further updates on this well once drilling has been completed.

Director Tom Kelly said: "The production sales at the May-1H well represent a significant new milestone for the company as these sales are accumulating our first post farmout revenue from the Sugarloaf project.

"In a relatively short period of time a number of additional wells will come on to production to add to this revenue."

Maestro - surely you're not seriously suggesting a conspiracy theory? You, of all people?

well imagine if youre sitting on loads of cash and EME come out with the mother of all RNS's and for some reason advfn doesnt show it....the shareprice rises from 6p to 50p and you miss out because of this...can i sue advfn if i'm subscribed?

Gausie - 24 Nov 2010 07:31 - 4 of 7

I should think so. How many shares would you have bought if they hadn't hidden this news from you? And would you have also bought shares and cfds on margin? Plus, how many 's per point would you have spreadbet? I reckon if you work it all out they probably cost you millions.

Keep us posted
