Why hasn't anybody seen it? (Joke!)

They are stuffed full of cash. More than the current market value.

They've also got a very profitable business, so low PE etc.

So why doesn't the damn thing go up?

Any reason I can't see?

I thought somebody else might have seen the light!

A mate said The Pain portfolio in the Independent has pushed this share. Has anybody seen it?
